Denim Day 2019

  • Stewpot Community Service 1100 West Capitol Street Jackson, MS, 39203 United States (map)

Join us on Wednesday, April 24, 2018 at 6:00PM at Stewpot Community Services for Denim Day. Slay your denim for a cause. There is no excuse and never an invitation to rape. Our keynote speaker will be best selling author, Sharetta Small Donalson and guest speaker Miss. Daphne Colbert.

Denim Day in the USA is a campaign that raises community awareness about the devastating impacts of sexual violence and how to prevent it. Butterflies By Grace Defined By Faith is dedicated to helping some of the most vulnerable members of our community and fiercely committed to addressing the challenges of ending domestic violence and sexual assault through education, advocacy, and coordination of services. We will be accepting donations of new and gently used blue jeans, t-shirts and this year we will accept school supplies to donate to Jackson Public School System. Please register for this event on EventBrite.
